Systems Administrator V
Job Summary
To support the Pathology and Genetics team, the full-time remote Systems Administrator V will manage complex system configurations, oversee application support, and drive incident and problem management processes to resolve escalated issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducts and oversees business-specific projects, ensuring adherence to policies and effective resource coordination
- Collaborates with technical teams to resolve system problems and communicates with users to prioritize customer requirements
- Plans and performs complex system configurations while monitoring the stability and performance of enterprise systems
Required qualifications:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support
- At least two (2) years in a leadership role working with IT or operational teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus eight (8) years of relevant IT experience
