Job Summary
To support complex application and infrastructure needs, the full-time remote Systems Administrator V will manage incident and problem resolution processes, oversee business-specific projects, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure system stability and performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversees business-specific projects, coordinating resources and solving complex problems to meet organizational goals
- Collaborates with technical teams to resolve application-specific issues and escalates critical problems as needed
- Plans and performs complex system configuration while managing the stability and performance of enterprise systems
Required qualifications:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support
- Minimum two (2) years in a leadership role working with IT or operational teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of eight (8) years in IT or operations
