Systems Administrator V
Job Summary
To support the Pathology and Genetics team, the full-time remote Systems Administrator V will manage complex system configurations, oversee application-specific issues, and drive incident and problem management processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducts business-specific projects and develops work plans to meet organizational goals
- Collaborates with technical teams to resolve system problems and ensures system stability and performance
- Monitors and supports first and second level support for enterprise systems while documenting system configurations
Required qualifications:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support
- At least two (2) years in a leadership role with IT or operational teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum eight (8) years working in IT or operations
- Experience in the administration and custom configuration of large off-the-shelf applications
