Systems Administrator V

Job Summary

Driving incident and problem management processes, the full-time remote Systems Administrator V will resolve complex issues, oversee business-specific projects, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure system stability and performance in applications related to Pathology and Genetics support.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversees and conducts business-specific projects, applying expertise to meet organizational goals and deadlines
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve system problems and application-specific issues while driving continuous improvement
• Manages the stability and performance of enterprise systems through complex systems analysis and configuration planning

Required qualifications:

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support
• At least two (2) years in a leadership role working with IT or operational teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Social Science, Education, Business, Health Care, or a related field, along with a minimum of eight (8) years in IT or operations
