Job Summary
Driving incident and problem management processes, the full-time remote Systems Administrator V will oversee complex system configurations, manage enterprise system stability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve application-specific issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducts business-specific projects, coordinating resources to meet organizational goals and deadlines
- Collaborates with technical teams to diagnose and resolve complex system and application issues
- Plans and performs system configuration and maintenance, ensuring documentation is accurate and complete
Required qualifications:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support
- Minimum two (2) years in a leadership role with IT or operational teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in the administration and custom configuration of large off-the-shelf applications
- Five (5) years of system administration experience
