Job Summary

To support Pathology and Genetics applications, the full-time remote Systems Administrator V will manage complex system configurations, oversee incident and problem management processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducts business-specific projects, applying expertise to solve complex problems and promote adherence to procedures
• Collaborates with technical teams to resolve application-specific issues and communicates with users to prioritize requirements
• Plans and performs complex system configurations while managing the stability and performance of enterprise systems

Required qualifications:

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support
• At least two (2) years in a leadership role working with IT or operational teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of eight (8) years in IT or operations
