Job Summary
To support pathology and genetics applications, the full-time remote Systems Administrator V will manage complex system configurations, drive incident management processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Oversees business-specific projects by developing work plans, coordinating resources, and solving complex problems
- Collaborates with technical teams to resolve system and application issues while providing technical support for production environments
- Monitors and manages the performance and availability of enterprise systems, ensuring timely delivery of sustainable solutions
Required qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support
- At least two (2) years in a leadership role working with IT or operational teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of eight (8) years in IT or operations
