Job Summary
Working the 2nd shift from 3 PM to 11 PM, the full-time Systems Administrator with Security+ Certification will manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and servers, ensuring compliance with security standards and driving system improvements in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provides expertise in the design, planning, implementation, and security of systems
- Oversees the installation, maintenance, and integrity of computer software and operating systems
- Conducts routine audits of hardware and software to ensure compliance with established standards and policies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or a technical training program with six years of related experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with ten years of related experience
- CompTIA Security+ certification
- Advanced knowledge of operating systems
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in cybersecurity
