Systems Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Systems Analyst to support payroll operations and manage complex labor agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and document pay conditions of complex union/guild labor agreements
- Configure pay rules and conditions within the HTG system and troubleshoot reported issues
- Participate in the design and development of testing materials, and contribute to user training and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the entertainment payroll industry with labor contracts
- Strong understanding of industry trends, concepts, products, and practices
- Ability to quickly learn new processes and systems
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, capable of working independently
- Experience in using analytical techniques to identify solutions and process improvements
