Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To support federal projects, the full-time remote Systems Analyst will define business and systems requirements, facilitate stakeholder meetings, and document complex software system specifications.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document system requirements for government software systems
- Perform analysis to support project scope definition and facilitate meetings to organize work and priorities
- Document architecture decisions and results as part of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) deliverables
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software/hardware development efforts
- Strong technical writing skills with the ability to create business and functional requirements documentation
- Experience using tools such as Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Azure, and Jira
- Solid understanding of database systems (SQL Server and Oracle) and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) concepts
