Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To support Data Science and AI initiatives, the contract Systems Analyst will design and optimize data annotation workflows, improve operational processes, and ensure efficient workflow management while collaborating closely with Data Science teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain annotation workflows and review processes
- Optimize end-to-end workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability
- Document workflows, process maps, and system requirements using tools such as Visio
Required Qualifications:
- Experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with APIs, data mapping, and systems integration
- Proficiency with workflow diagramming tools such as Visio
- Experience supporting data-centric, AI/ML, or operational workflow environments is preferred
