Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the operability of a data services hub system, the remote Systems Analyst will manage night shift operations, monitor system performance, and perform change request analysis while being flexible for off-business hour schedules and 24/7 on-call support as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor the system live using tools like New Relic and Splunk, ensuring operational effectiveness during night shifts
- Perform change request and remedy ticket analysis, escalating issues and risks in a timely manner
- Produce bi-hourly and daily reports while collaborating with integrated partners and operations teams to resolve production issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field
- 4 to 6 years of prior development or operations experience
- Strong understanding of system engineering concepts and Java or relevant core technologies
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk and New Relic is a plus
