Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-wide workflows on the Jack Henry Silverlake Core System, the full-time remote Systems Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and support data-driven decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deploy automated workflows across departments, collaborating with business units to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions
- Partner with the Banking Systems Administrator to manage core changes and translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Stay informed of regulatory requirements and ensure workflows meet compliance and business standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or 3+ years of experience in workflow automation or systems analysis
- Proven experience with workflow automation platforms and core banking systems, preferably Jack Henry Silverlake
- Working knowledge of APIs and system integrations
- Strong understanding of banking operations and compliance standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
