Job Summary
To support a growing team, the remote Systems Analyst will translate medication contracting and operational needs into reliable systems, workflows, and data requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring application functionality meets business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business and technical teams to translate operational needs into functional requirements and workflows
- Document current and future-state workflows, identifying opportunities for efficiency and data quality improvements
- Plan and support application testing, including user acceptance testing and validation of system releases
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role supporting complex business applications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, healthcare administration, data analytics, or a related discipline
- Experience translating operational processes into functional requirements and workflows
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with SQL and Excel for data investigation and validation
- Ability to communicate complex requirements effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
