Job Summary
To support the Applications team, the full-time remote Systems Analyst will develop and maintain electronic files, create SQL queries for data integration and cleansing, and manage service requests for existing products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure successful client implementations and renewals
- Develop and maintain electronic files using technologies such as Visual Studio and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
- Manage, prioritize, and complete service requests in a timely manner, escalating issues as necessary
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Studio, and C#
- Experience in developing and maintaining internal and external file interfaces, including HIPAA Standard 5010 layout
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Scrum or Agile
