Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Systems Analyst will develop and maintain electronic files, create SQL queries for data integration, and manage service requests to support internal and external customers.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure successful client implementations and renewals
- Create and enhance SQL queries for data integration and cleansing
- Manage and prioritize service requests for existing products and services in a timely manner
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Studio, and C#
- Experience in developing and maintaining internal and external file interfaces
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Understanding of HIPAA Standard 5010 layout and related systems/applications
