Systems Analyst Associate
Job Summary
Supporting health innovation remotely, the full-time Systems Analyst Associate will administer Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) activities, troubleshoot data transmission issues, and provide front-line customer service to stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor file processing between systems and resolve issues with stakeholders while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Provide customer support via the EDI Hotline, ensuring strict adherence to call center metrics
- Conduct audits of EDI transactions for accuracy and maintain documentation for all interactions and resolutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant combination of education and work experience
- Experience in a Customer Support Specialist role or similar position
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Designated office space for remote work
