Job Summary
To enhance business profitability through improved IT systems, the full-time remote Systems Analyst I will assess existing solutions, provide technical support, and create system documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Assess existing IT solutions and design, develop, and implement new technical solutions
- Handle technical support tickets and assist users in resolving issues
- Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Management, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in technical support and user assistance
- Three years of experience in financial services preferred
- Experience with SLAs and availability goals preferred
- Ability to read SQL queries is helpful
