Systems Analyst II
Job Summary
To support a mission-driven healthcare company, the full-time remote Systems Analyst II will translate business requirements into technical specifications, collaborate with project teams for system enhancements, and represent the organization in client meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements and ensure alignment with functional business processes
- Collaborate with developers and QA analysts to implement system enhancements and conduct training for team members
- Assist with production support by investigating issues and conducting root cause analysis
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an IT-related field
- Minimum of two years of experience in a business systems analyst role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Experience with requirements analysis and interacting with business users for clear scope definition
- Strong working knowledge of SQL, database concepts, and experience analyzing XML or EDI messages
- Ability to create detailed visual models, including data flow/workflow diagrams, to support requirements
