Systems Analyst II

Job Summary

Collaborating with business and IT stakeholders, the full-time telecommuting Systems Analyst II will analyze business processes and provide solution recommendations, support system development, and assist with testing activities to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the business within an Agile delivery team, developing strong relationships with stakeholders and acting as a liaison for system implementations and enhancements
• Collaborate with partners to document requirements and analyze current and future-state business processes to identify opportunities for improvement
• Support the development of low-code and automation solutions to streamline processes and reduce manual work

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Two years of business systems analysis experience, including requirements gathering and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Experience in a software development environment utilizing Agile delivery practices
• Knowledge of healthcare or health insurance industry processes and systems
• Hands-on exposure to relational or cloud database platforms, such as SQL Server or Oracle
