Systems Analyst III

Job Summary

Collaborating with business stakeholders, the full-time telecommuting Systems Analyst III will analyze business functions and processes, provide solution recommendations, and assist in system development while leveraging automation to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the business within an Agile delivery team, facilitating requirements elicitation and analysis for complex initiatives
• Collaborate with IT and business partners to document requirements and evaluate automation opportunities, developing low-code solutions as needed
• Perform complex data analysis and support testing efforts across the SDLC, including test planning and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Five (5) years of business systems analysis experience, including requirements elicitation and process analysis
• Experience in a software development environment utilizing Agile delivery practices
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting purposes
• Understanding of healthcare or health insurance industry processes and systems
