Job Summary
Designing and maintaining technical systems and applications, the full-time Systems Designer will analyze operational requirements and translate them into secure, reliable system designs while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and translate operational requirements into system architecture and workflow designs
- Develop, configure, test, and maintain electronic tools and applications for exercise management and data collection
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure solutions meet operational needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, computer science, or a related technical field
- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining information systems in a government or emergency management environment
- Familiarity with system design and application development life-cycle activities
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and ability to learn government-provided tools
