Systems Engineer
Job Summary
Maintaining and supporting systems within the organization, the full-time Systems Engineer I will install and manage operating systems, ensure system availability, and troubleshoot technical issues in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Install, monitor, and manage operating systems and application software
- Proactively ensure high levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and application errors or technical issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred
- Minimum of 2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Windows 10 OS, MS Server 2012/2019, and VMWare vSphere
- Familiarity with Active Directory and basic O365 administration
- Certifications such as VCP5+, MCSE, or MCITP are a plus
