Systems Engineer
Job Summary
To contribute to the full life cycle development of space propulsion products, the full-time remote Systems Engineer will interface with customers, lead multidisciplinary technical teams, and manage system requirements while ensuring integration across complex mechanical, electrical, software, and fluid systems.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee overall system architecture, including components and interfaces
- Support the integration of thrusters onto customer spacecraft and lead technical teams to meet program objectives
- Define and manage technical requirements while interfacing with customers to capture their needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, or related STEM field
- 15+ years of space systems development experience
- Knowledge of spacecraft/satellite needs and space industry standards
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on quality and reliability
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
