Job Summary
Maintaining and supporting global IT infrastructure, the full-time Systems Engineer will ensure system availability, reliability, and operational stability across on-premises and cloud environments while driving operational excellence through effective system administration and automation.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft Windows, Azure, VMware, AWS, and hybrid infrastructure environments
- Monitor infrastructure health and troubleshoot performance, availability, and capacity issues
- Manage backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and business continuity
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure in a professional environment
- Experience administering Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server and Azure
- Knowledge of VMware virtualized environments and cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS
- Understanding of infrastructure security, patch management, and compliance requirements
