Job Summary
To support a growing technology firm, the full-time remote Systems Engineer and Applications Architect will lead the design, implementation, and automation of enterprise cloud architecture on AWS, ensuring security and scalability while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Architect and implement secure, fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure aligned with business strategies
- Collaborate on enterprise infrastructure planning and support while ensuring compliance with security standards
- Design APIs and integration frameworks, and implement automation using Infrastructure as Code tools
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 10-15 years of experience in Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Platform and related tools
- Experience operating at a Senior, Staff, or Principal Engineer level
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored visa sponsorship
