Systems Engineer I

Job Summary

Demonstrating exceptional technical competency, the full-time remote Systems Engineer I will manage mission-critical infrastructure, ensuring high levels of availability, performance, and security while performing complex installations, modifications, and upgrades of enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Publish applications in presentation server, troubleshoot Citrix configurations, and improve Virtual Desktop systems
• Perform system administrator functions, manage security, backup, and redundancy strategies, and maintain accurate documentation for procedures
• Design and coordinate project work efforts with vendors and organizational staff while overseeing day-to-day maintenance of various systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 2+ years of related experience in systems engineering or administration
• Experience with Citrix systems and Virtual Desktop infrastructure
• Proficiency in managing and monitoring installed systems and infrastructure
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and service orders
