Systems Engineer I
Job Summary
To support a dynamic corporate environment, the full-time remote Systems Engineer I will administer and support Microsoft cloud and on-premises systems, focusing on Microsoft 365 implementations, Teams and SharePoint administration, and project management tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint, while troubleshooting service issues
- Coordinate and deliver approved Microsoft 365 implementations, managing project tasks, timelines, and stakeholder updates
- Maintain and troubleshoot Azure resources, Windows Server, Active Directory, and endpoint management using Intune
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a systems engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including SharePoint and Teams
- Proficiency in Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Intune application packaging
- Project management skills with experience in planning and executing technical projects
