Systems Engineer II
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Systems Engineer II, the successful candidate will manage and operate products for Bullhorn's production environment, ensuring 24/7 availability while mentoring team members and providing technical support across various departments.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain all production system equipment and services
- Ensure 24/7 availability of production application environments, including weekend on-call responsibilities
- Document technical environments, processes, and procedures while supporting various teams to resolve production issues
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in systems administration and troubleshooting hardware/software
- Strong skills in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and experience with CentOS/RHEL or Debian Linux
- Experience with VMware ESX/ESXi and managing containerized environments (Docker & Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, C#, or Python
- Previous experience in a SaaS and/or high-volume website environment preferred
