Job Summary
Providing critical infrastructure support, the full-time remote Systems Engineer II will monitor alerts, respond to incidents, and manage systems administration while ensuring adherence to company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to infrastructure alerts and events, ensuring timely incident resolution
- Conduct intermediate-level network troubleshooting and configuration across various technologies
- Participate in major incident response and maintain documentation and operational procedures
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure, systems, and networking
- 3-5 years of managed-services support experience preferred
- Experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, and virtualization technologies
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and documentation from alerts through resolution
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation tools
