Systems Engineer II
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time salaried Systems Engineer II will manage customer provisioning, automate processes for the Customer Success team, and support cloud-based resources and database operations.
Key responsibilities
- Own customer provisioning and lead automation projects for self-service capabilities
- Restore database tables, resolve data issues, and assist customers with bulk uploads
- Develop and maintain automated processes and support BI reporting solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or a related field
- Hands-on software development experience, preferably with Microsoft Visual Studio
- Experience working with databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server
- Familiarity with business intelligence platforms such as Power BI
- Bonus points for experience with process automation and Azure cloud services
