Job Summary
Supporting enterprise tools and platforms in a fully remote environment, the full-time Systems Engineer III will manage operations and maintenance activities for tools like Jira, Confluence, and GitHub, while ensuring the reliability and performance of enterprise systems in a federal healthcare setting.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and maintain enterprise tools such as Jira, Confluence, and GitHub, including user access and system upgrades
- Integrate enterprise tools with CI/CD pipelines and support automation initiatives using various frameworks
- Troubleshoot user-reported issues and ensure compliance with security requirements and operational continuity
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or DevSecOps environments
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and identity management systems like OKTA
- Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably AWS, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices
- Experience with CI/CD tools and automation frameworks
