Systems Engineer III
Job Summary
As a full-time Systems Engineer III working remotely, the candidate will perform service operational tasks, maintain infrastructure and application support, and manage technology incidents while adhering to SLA priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Perform service operational tasks including support requests, incident resolution, and access management
- Maintain daily infrastructure support and manage application lifecycle requirements
- Investigate interoperability issues and develop risk mitigation plans for applications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology preferred
- 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting applications in a MS Windows Server/Desktop environment
- 3+ years of experience working in the healthcare industry preferred
- Network + or similar certification required
- At least three primary technology certifications covering server, storage, and infrastructure applications preferred
