Job Summary
Leading advanced tasks in requirements engineering and systems integration, the full-time Systems Engineer III with Security Clearance will conduct system analysis, technical planning, and risk management while mentoring junior engineers in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform intermediate tasks in requirements engineering, systems integration, Verification & Validation (V&V), and Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Lead smaller project tasks and support larger project components, applying knowledge in architecture/design development and lifecycle management
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to drive project success
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in systems engineering or a related field
- Advanced proficiency with systems modeling and simulation tools
- Practical knowledge of multiple engineering principles and practices
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary design and development teams
