Job Summary
Supporting the technical operation and reliability of Marketing Cloud Engagement, the full-time remote Systems Engineer will manage email and mobile messaging journeys, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Build, configure, test, and maintain messaging journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio
- Design and troubleshoot Data Extensions, SQL queries, and audience segmentation logic
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and operational documentation
Required qualifications
- 5 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement in large-scale environments
- Hands-on expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Extensions, and SQL query activities
- Proven ability to troubleshoot production workflows and audience selection issues
- Experience in creating technical designs and implementation documentation from business requirements
- Strong SQL skills for audience qualification, deduplication, and data validation queries
