Job Summary
Supporting and maintaining a business-critical publishing application environment, the full-time remote Systems Engineer - Publishing will administer applications, troubleshoot issues, and manage user support across Linux-based platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, support, and maintain enterprise publishing applications and associated infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, system, and infrastructure issues in a timely manner
- Monitor application performance, identify root causes of problems, and implement corrective actions
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Linux administration and support
- Proficiency in Perl programming
- Familiarity with OmniMark
- Application support and operations experience
- IT service management experience
