Job Summary
Serving as a senior technical lead, the hybrid or remote MSAD Systems Engineer V - Test Manager will manage an engineering team focused on high-fidelity modeling, algorithm development, and system performance assessment for propulsion and aerospace programs.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop high-fidelity models and control algorithms for propulsion and flight control subsystems
- Design system simulation architectures to support verification and validation processes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate modeling products and participate in technical reviews
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical, electrical engineering, or a related discipline
- Ten years of experience in modeling, simulation, and algorithm design
- Expertise in systems engineering, control systems, or a related technical field
- Experience leading and managing technical teams
- Proficiency in MATLAB and MATLAB Simulink programming or similar tools
