Systems Engineering Test Lead

Job Summary

Leading test planning and execution for the F-35 Logistics Information Technology (LogIT) solution, the full-time Systems Engineering Test Lead will serve as the technical authority, architecting and governing all test and evaluation activities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and maintain an enterprise test strategy, ensuring alignment with program milestones
• Lead full-spectrum testing, including systems integration and user acceptance, while managing technical risks throughout the testing lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing and evaluation activities into Agile sprint and Program Increment planning

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, computer science, software engineering, information systems, or a related technical field
• 10 or more years of relevant experience in systems engineering or test and evaluation leadership within defense or large-scale enterprise software systems
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary engineering and test teams in U.S. military or multi-agency environments
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and test automation, with practical experience in CI/CD pipelines
• Active SECRET security clearance or ability to obtain one
