Job Summary
To support a growing corporate travel division, the full-time Systems Integration Manager will program and maintain mid-office technology and agent systems, manage service requests, and enhance automation processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and process service requests from various internal and external departments, ensuring timely delivery of solutions
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional Statements of Work for system enhancements
- Monitor and optimize existing automation features and operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of quality control systems, preferably Compleat by Concur
- Familiarity with database administration and SQL
- Basic knowledge of Java and working level knowledge of VB.net development
- Experience in version control concepts and XML standards
