Systems Integration Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth organization, the full-time Systems Integration Specialist will connect software systems, maintain existing integrations, and automate workflows while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor existing integrations, ensuring reliable data flows and resolving issues
- Build new integrations and automations using AI coding tools, determining when to use no-code solutions versus custom code
- Document integrations and workflows to facilitate support and collaboration with clinical, billing, and HR teams
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience connecting software systems through REST APIs and data mapping
- Hands-on experience with automation or iPaaS platforms such as Keragon or Zapier
- Working knowledge of HIPAA regulations and safe handling of PHI
- Proficiency in coding or using AI tools for coding in languages like JavaScript or Python
- Strong documentation skills for explaining technical processes to non-technical teammates
