Systems Integration Test Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting the development and testing of advanced space-based electronic systems, the contract-based Systems Integration Test Engineer will integrate and test complex hardware, develop automated test environments, and troubleshoot issues, with remote work available for experienced candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Integrate and test complex electronic and space-flight hardware
- Develop and support automated test environments and specialized test equipment
- Troubleshoot hardware and interface issues using laboratory equipment
Required qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline; Master's degree with relevant experience is also acceptable
- 5+ years of relevant engineering experience; 3+ years with a Master's degree
- Experience with hardware integration, system testing, and automated test environments
- Ability to work effectively across multiple engineering disciplines
