Systems Operations Manager
Job Summary
Providing technical and operational leadership for enterprise infrastructure, the full-time Systems Operations Manager will oversee a 24x7x365 environment supporting the U.S. Department of Labor's Job Corps Data Center, focusing on server, cloud, and virtualization services.
Key responsibilities
- Lead systems operations and cloud/infrastructure architecture for the Job Corps enterprise environment
- Translate business and operational requirements into technical infrastructure solutions
- Oversee infrastructure upgrades, deployments, maintenance, and troubleshooting initiatives
Required qualifications
- 10 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Active Directory administration, including Group Policy
- Proficient in Citrix Apps and Desktop, Citrix NetScaler, and enterprise patch-management technologies
- Experience with VMware virtualization and SAN technologies, including Pure Storage
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
