Systems Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Systems Operations Specialist will manage large-scale clearinghouse and transaction processing activities for the Fed ACH and Check business lines while providing real-time support and system monitoring during the third shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee large-scale clearinghouse/transaction processing for Fed ACH and Check business lines
• Provide real-time support for Check/ACH processing and monitor application health
• Conduct analyses to identify trends and assist with process improvements and solutions

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree or 2 years equivalent experience preferred
• Less than two years of relevant experience for Specialist I; two to five years for Specialist II
• Entry-level working knowledge of critical systems used by operational groups
• Ability to work in a dynamic and frequently changing environment
• Experience in supporting operations and incident management is preferred
