Job Summary

Leading a multidisciplinary team, the full-time salaried Systems Software Engineering Manager will oversee the reliability and pre-silicon readiness of GSP firmware, ensuring timely execution and high-quality standards in both remote and onsite environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team focused on GSP firmware stability and pre-silicon readiness, from roadmap through validation
• Own release execution for GSP firmware, tracking progress and ensuring go/no-go readiness across multiple release trains
• Drive improvements in test coverage and stability metrics while coordinating project scoping and execution accountability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 6+ years of experience in relevant areas, including at least 3+ years in a management role
• Strong background in systems software, including hands-on experience with C programming, debugging, and firmware
• Proven ownership of release processes and quality metrics in shipping products
• Experience managing incident response with customer exposure
