Job Summary
A company is looking for a Systems Support Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and manage technology solutions for school staff and students
- Assist with escalated tech support issues and troubleshoot daily technical problems
- Administer and troubleshoot various operating systems and applications, ensuring proper configuration and access
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems administration in a large enterprise environment
- Able to work on call, including evenings and weekends as necessary
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Google Workspace, and various operating systems
- Ability to work remotely in a secure and distraction-free environment
