Working remotely on a contract basis, the Tableau Admin with Looker will manage the migration of Tableau content and administer Looker environments while supporting server upgrades and user permissions.
Key responsibilities
- Migrate sites, projects, workbooks, and permissions between Tableau servers using various tools
- Administer Looker by managing users, roles, and LookML projects, while monitoring performance and schedules
- Support Tableau Server upgrades and validate post-upgrade functionality, including user re-mapping and credential management
Required qualifications
- Experience in Tableau Server administration and cross-server content migration
- Proficiency in Looker administration and LookML
- Strong SQL skills for data validation
- Familiarity with Python or PowerShell scripting
- Mid-senior level experience in software development environments
