Job Summary
Supporting the Talent Acquisition team, the full-time Talent Acquisition Analyst will manage interview scheduling, coordinate logistics, and ensure effective communication with candidates and hiring leaders, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews for exempt-level hires, ensuring a consistent candidate experience
- Monitor and facilitate the background check process and provide timely updates to all stakeholders
- Maintain data integrity in the ATS system and document the talent acquisition process for compliance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or proven experience in a similar role
- Experience in full cycle recruitment activities or administrative roles supporting Human Resources
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Previous experience with an ATS is preferred
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French and Spanish is a plus
