Talent Acquisition Associate

Job Summary

Partnering with hiring managers, the contract Talent Acquisition Associate will execute recruitment strategies, provide exceptional customer service, and manage candidate communications, with the flexibility to work onsite or remotely in Saint Louis, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute tactical sourcing and recruiting strategies to generate candidate flow
• Conduct resume screenings, phone interviews, and manage the interview and offer process
• Ensure compliance with OFCCP and EEOC requirements throughout the recruitment process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 1+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience, or High School Diploma and 5+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience
• Preferred 1+ years of experience in recruiting or sourcing candidates
• Preferred 1+ years of experience conducting business or competitive intelligence research
