Talent Acquisition Associate
Job Summary
To support a dynamic recruiting environment, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Associate will identify and attract top talent by managing the full recruiting lifecycle, collaborating with hiring managers, and utilizing various sourcing methods.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the Recruiting Lead to execute targeted recruiting strategies and manage multiple hiring priorities
- Draft and post engaging job descriptions while maintaining accurate data across the ATS and related systems
- Conduct candidate assessments and facilitate interview debriefs to support aligned hiring decisions
Required qualifications
- Authorization to work in the U.S
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in consulting, corporate, or professional services
- Proficiency in MS Office, ATS/CRM tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques
- Strong change agility and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
