Seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Associate for a full-time remote position, who will manage the end-to-end hiring process for early-career roles, proactively source candidates, and ensure a smooth recruiting coordination experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting cycle, including intake, sourcing, screening, and closing for a portfolio of roles
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn and AI-assisted tools while maintaining warm pipelines
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide market feedback throughout the hiring process
